Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager Tele-Sales at Nawaz Group Of Companies, located in Multan. The Manager Tele-Sales will be responsible for leading and managing the Tele-Sales team, overseeing daily sales operations, setting sales targets, and ensuring they are met. Other responsibilities include developing sales strategies, training and mentoring team members, and analyzing sales data to track performance. The Manager Tele-Sales will also work closely with other departments to ensure alignment on sales objectives and strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in tele-sales and sales management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Analytical skills to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven real estate telesales experience required.
- 4–6 years in telesales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role (
real estate a plus
).
