One World Immigration Law Consultant (OWILC) is one of Pakistan's leading and most trusted immigration and study abroad consultancy firms, with over 50 years of professional experience and a nationwide branch network. We specialise in providing expert guidance and end-to-end support for immigration, study abroad, citizenship by investment, skilled migration, and visit visa programs.

We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead and drive the performance of our branch sales team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills, capable of meeting ambitious sales targets in a fast-paced consultancy environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop and implement branch-level sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Train and mentor sales consultants to ensure high-quality client service and effective lead conversion.
  • Ensure proper follow-up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and walk-ins.
  • Maintain detailed sales performance reports and coordinate with Head Office for performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Processing teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and case handovers.
  • Handle client escalations professionally and maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to business growth by identifying new opportunities in immigration, study abroad, and investment migration segments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales management (immigration or education consultancy experience preferred).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications.
