Night shift (5 days a week, 9-hour shifts)

Position Overview

Transpotech is seeking a
Marketing Coordinator
to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for supporting our sales and marketing functions through content creation, digital campaigns, CRM optimization, and lead management. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable coordinating across teams in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

  • Create, schedule, and post digital content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
  • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns (newsletters, offers, client updates)
  • Support SEO efforts and blog content development to improve online presence
  • Assist with marketing collateral, event/trade show preparation, and advertising campaigns
  • Oversee HubSpot Marketing Hub workflows, lead assignment, and campaign reporting
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing activities

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 2–3 years of marketing experience (B2B/professional services preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with
    HubSpot
    or
    similar CRM/automation tools
  • Strong English writing & editing skills for digital content
  • Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing practices
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A collaborative team player with strong communication skills
