Upwork Bidder & Closer (only Karachi Based)

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Upwork bidder to join our team. As a bidder, your responsibility will be to acquire new projects and clients on Upwork and Freelancer platforms. Your primary objective will be to secure high-quality projects that align with our company's expertise and goals.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and Freelancer platforms.

- Create compelling proposals to win projects and convince clients of our capabilities.

- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their project requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

- Collaborate with the team to develop accurate project bids and estimations.

- Monitor and manage project postings, ensuring timely and professional follow-ups.

- Conduct research to understand market trends, competitors, and client needs, enabling us to tailor our proposals accordingly.

- Maintain a strong understanding of our company's services and offerings to effectively sell our strengths to potential clients.

- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.

- Collaborate with other team members to share best practices, strategies, and successful bidding techniques.

- Stay updated with industry news, market trends, and changes in the Upwork and Freelancer platforms, adapting our bidding strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an Upwork/Freelancer bidder, successfully securing projects and clients.

- Strong understanding of various project types and client requirements across different domains and industries.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling proposals and effectively communicate with clients.

- Strong negotiation and persuasive skills to win projects at competitive rates.

- Ability to work independently and efficiently prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

- Proficient in using Upwork and Freelancer platforms, with a solid understanding of their features and bidding processes.

- Familiarity with project management tools and techniques is a plus.

Night Shift: 9pm to 5am

this is a full-time, on-site job.
