who's ready to be the frontline hero for our clients' technology needs.

Role Overview

The IT Support Executive will be responsible for providing first-line technical assistance, troubleshooting IT issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day technology operations for both internal teams and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on IT support for hardware, software, and networking issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system errors, network connectivity problems, and user requests
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment (PCs, printers, network devices)
  • Ensure timely resolution of technical issues to maintain business continuity
  • Document technical issues, solutions, and processes for future reference
  • Collaborate with senior IT staff for complex problem resolution
  • Maintain a strong focus on customer service and clear communication

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1–2 years of IT support experience (Fresh graduates with strong skills are welcome to apply)
  • Solid understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking concepts
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with VoIP, cloud platforms, or server management
  • Knowledge of network security best practices
