Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Executive at Abacus. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, and enhancing customer experience.

  • Customer Support and Customer Service skills
  • Phone Etiquette
  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience in a customer service role is a plus
  • Intermediate/A-Level Qualification Required
Salary & Benefits
  • Up to 60,000/-
  • Rotational Timing (6 Days a week)
