Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Procurement Specialist located in Karachi Division. The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for managing purchase orders, evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and carrying out procurement tasks. Daily duties include assessing supplier performance, preparing procurement reports, and ensuring the timely delivery of materials.

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing Purchase Orders and overseeing Procurement activities
  • Skills in Supplier Evaluation and Contract Negotiation
  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess and improve procurement processes
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of the educational sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
