Creative Designer
to help us build engaging, modern, and impactful brand experiences.

Role Overview

As our Creative Designer, you will:

  • Conceptualize and design high-quality graphics, motion banners, and videos.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to translate requirements into engaging visual content.
  • Leverage
    AI design tools
    (Midjourney, DALL·E, etc.) to explore innovative creative directions.
  • Stay ahead of
    digital design trends
    and ensure all visuals are on-brand and customer-centric.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop concepts, graphics, and layouts for campaigns and digital platforms.
  • Determine placement of visuals, text, and typography for maximum impact.
  • Edit and deliver videos optimized for
    web and mobile distribution
    .
  • Maintain and organize design files for smooth collaboration.
  • Listen to feedback and iterate quickly while defending sound design logic.
  • Keep up to date with the latest design tools, methods, and trends.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • A self-starter who thrives in a
    dynamic environment
    .
  • 2–3 years
    of full-time experience in
    graphic design, video editing, and motion graphics
    .
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Arts, Design, or related field.
  • Proficiency in
    Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects
    .
  • Familiarity with
    AI design tools
    (Midjourney, DALL·E, or similar).
  • Prior experience in
    fintech, SaaS, or other high-tech companies
    (preferred).
  • Strong creativity with the ability to turn
    abstract concepts into engaging visuals
    .
  • Excellent time-management, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Native or bilingual fluency in
    English and Urdu
    .
