About Us

We are a fast-growing online tutoring company operating in USA, UK, Australia, and other markets. Our sales, support, and teaching teams currently work with HubSpot, WhatsApp, and other tools — but much of the work is manual.

We are looking for an Automation & CRM Specialist to help us build smart, cost-effective systems , n8n, Bitrix24, WhatsApp API, HubSpot integrations, etc.) to save time and improve efficiency.

What You'll Do

  • Connect HubSpot CRM with WhatsApp (via WATI / WhatsApp API).
  • Automate lead capture (from ads, forms, WhatsApp) → HubSpot.
  • Set up WhatsApp auto-replies and sales notifications.
  • Automate student progress updates from Google Forms → WhatsApp/email to parents.
  • Build basic AI bot integrations for FAQs (using ChatGPT API).
  • Guide us step by step in simple, non-technical terms.

Requirements

  • Experience with / Zapier / n8n automations.
  • Knowledge of HubSpot CRM (free or paid).
  • WhatsApp API integration experience (WATI, Twilio, or direct Cloud API).
  • (Optional) Experience with Bitrix24 setup for CRM, HR, Accounts.
  • Good communication in English, able to explain things simply.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with small businesses/startups.
  • Understanding of tutoring/education businesses.

Screening Test Task for Automation & CRM Specialist

Task Description

  • Create an automation that:
  • Takes a new lead entry from a Google Form (Name, Email, Phone).
  • Sends the data to a Google Sheet.
  • Sends a WhatsApp or Email notification to the Sales Team (a simple text like: "New Lead: John Doe, , ").
  • Share with us:
  • A short Loom video (2–3 mins) walking us through how you built it.
  • A screenshot of the workflow/automation.
  • (Optional, but bonus) Show how you would also add that lead into HubSpot.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Rs40, Rs100,000.00 per month
