Role Overview

The HubSpot CRM Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our HubSpot CRM platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary administrator for HubSpot CRM and its connected Hubs (Marketing, Sales, Service).
  • Configure properties, pipelines, workflows, lead scoring, and automation sequences.
  • Manage user roles, permissions, and team structures within HubSpot.
  • Maintain CRM ensure accurate, complete, and deduplicated records.
  • Design and optimize automation workflows for lead routing, follow-ups, and lifecycle stages.
  • Build and maintain custom dashboards and reports for leadership visibility.
  • Integrate HubSpot with external platforms (NetSuite, Salesforce, LinkedIn, Slack, Google Workspace, etc.).
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to improve CRM usage and business processes.
  • Provide training, documentation, and support to end users.
  • Stay updated with new HubSpot releases, tools, and best practices to continuously improve performance.
