Nexterse LLC is a Florida-based technology solutions provider specializing in web development, CRM, ERP, cloud applications, and digital transformation. We are expanding our team and looking for a skilled Zoho CRM Developer who can help us customize, optimize, and integrate Zoho CRM for our clients.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design, customize, and develop Zoho CRM modules, workflows, functions, and automation to meet business requirements.
  • Implement custom scripts (Deluge) and APIs for advanced functionalities and integrations.
  • Develop and maintain Zoho CRM reports, dashboards, and analytics.
  • Integrate Zoho CRM with third-party applications such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, and other tools.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve CRM-related issues and ensure smooth system performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, project managers, and business analysts) to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Stay updated with Zoho ecosystem enhancements and suggest improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1.5 years of experience as a Zoho CRM Developer.
  • Hands-on expertise with Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, and related Zoho One applications.
  • Proficiency in Deluge scripting and REST API integrations.
  • Strong understanding of CRM workflows, automation, customization, and data migration.
  • Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS) for customization.
  • Ability to manage projects independently and deliver within deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills with a problem-solving mindset.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with other CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365, GoHighLevel, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of SQL/MySQL for data management.
  • Understanding of ERP integration and automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.).
