The Opportunity
DevMiners is seeking a
sales-driven Co-Founder
with
a 10% equity stake
to lead client acquisition and scale our software development business globally.
About Us:
50+ successful projects generating millions in revenue. We specialize in Custom Software, mobile and web apps, AI/ML, SaaS, and UI/UX Design.
What You'll Do
- Generate consistent leads through Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and B2B channels
- Write winning proposals and close high-value deals
- Build client relationships and ensure long-term retention
- Scale monthly revenue from the current base to $10K+ within 3 months
- Develop business development strategies and strategic partnerships
Who You Are
Must Have:
- 3+ years proven track record on Upwork/LinkedIn with consistent client wins
- Expert proposal writer with high conversion rates
- Excellent English communication (written & verbal), no GPT.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and client handling skills
- Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset
Bonus:
- Experience in IT/software services sales
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator expertise
- Existing client network or agency partnerships.
