Knowza Learning Solutions — back-office partner of a UK-based organisation — is expanding and launching a new venture, Strivex. We're hiring a Social Media Manager to join our Lahore (Jail Road) team and support its growth.

Job Summary

We're looking for a disciplined, creative, and results-driven Social Media Manager to plan and execute effective digital campaigns. The ideal candidate has experience working with reputable brands (sports experience is a plus) and maintains a strong personal social media presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and execute data-driven social media campaigns aligned with brand identity and overall marketing objectives.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive content calendars, strategically organizing monthly and weekly posting schedules to ensure consistency and engagement.
  • Lead creative direction by conceptualizing compelling content ideas, visuals, and campaign themes that resonate with target audiences.
  • Review, edit, and enhance influencer and creator content—including scripts, captions, and videos—to ensure high-quality, platform-optimized output.
  • Oversee and execute key initiatives such as product launches, onboarding campaigns, brand awareness efforts, and sports or event-based promotions.
  • Monitor social media trends, platform algorithms, and emerging digital tools to optimize content performance and continuously improve strategy.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3–5 years of social media management experience.
  • Experience working with reputable brands or agencies (sports industry experience is a plus).
  • Strong personal social media presence that reflects creativity and content understanding.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

  • Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later).
  • Basic design and editing skills (Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut).
  • Strong content writing and copywriting skills.
  • Experience working with international clients or digital marketing agencies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100, Rs130,000.00 per month

  • Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
