We're expanding our team and looking for a Business Development Executive who can manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business leads through LinkedIn, email, and outbound prospecting.
  • Identify target clients in software, e-commerce, and service-based industries.
  • Qualify prospects and understand their business needs.
  • Conduct discovery calls and product/service presentations.
  • Negotiate terms, close deals, and achieve monthly revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot / Google Sheets).
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales messaging and campaigns.
  • Report weekly progress and pipeline updates to the CEO.

Requirements

  • 3- 4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation (B2B preferred).
  • Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience selling software, IT, or digital marketing services.
  • Confident in outreach via LinkedIn, cold calling, and email campaigns.
  • Strong follow-up discipline and ability to meet targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
