Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in North Karachi Industrial Area for an Environmental Officer. The Environmental Officer will be responsible for ensuring compliance with environmental policies and regulations, conducting environmental impact assessments, and addressing environmental issues. The role involves developing and implementing strategies to minimize the organization's environmental footprint and ensuring adherence to all applicable environmental laws and standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Environmental Compliance and Environmental Policy
  • Knowledge of Environmental Issues and Environmental Impact Assessment processes
  • Understanding of Environmental Law and regulations applicable to the industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and mitigate environmental risks
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience in the textile or manufacturing industry is a plus
