Role Description

This is a full-time Customer Sales Representative role, located on-site in Lahore. The Customer Sales Representative will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing product information, closing sales, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The representative will also handle customer feedback, coordinate with the sales team, and participate in sales strategy meetings.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in customer service and sales
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Experience in the tech industry is a plus
