We are looking for a SEO Specialist to develop, implement, track and optimize our SEO strategy for our websites.

What are we looking for: You should have a strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, technical best practices, and website performance optimization. You'll collaborate with content creators, developers, and designers to ensure all web pages are optimized for search and user experience. A solid grasp of analytics and familiarity with paid advertising campaigns will be a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research and identify opportunities for content optimization and new content development.
  • Work on WordPress websites using WP Bakery and Elementor, including layout adjustments, responsive designs, and content updates.
  • Perform technical SEO audits and coordinate fixes with developers to enhance website health and crawlability.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Search Console (GSC) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
  • Track and report on keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversion metrics.
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads and social media ad campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) for better ROI.
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to improve the structure and SEO performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO, algorithm, and digital marketing trends to implement best practices.

Requirements:

  • BS/MS/ MBA degree in marketing or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments

Education: BS or other similar degree or above
