Timings: 5 PM – 1 AM (Night Shift)

Salary: Rs. 60,000 – Rs. 80,000 per month (based on performance and experience) + Target based commissions.

About the Role

EtechAll is expanding its sales team and looking for a Sales Expert with hands-on experience in online bidding and lead generation through freelance marketplaces such as Upwork, Freelancer or Other channels.

We're seeking a motivated professional who can confidently communicate with international clients, particularly in the U.S. market, and convert prospects into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow sales procedures and best practices provided by the team lead.
  • Acquire new business opportunities through Upwork and other freelance platforms.
  • Identify relevant projects, prepare customized proposals, and bid strategically.
  • Conduct client calls and close deals through effective communication.
  • Create accurate project estimates, quotations, and professional proposals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather and communicate client requirements.
  • Ensure smooth project delivery and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Generate innovative ideas to enhance business growth and sales performance.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience and success in online sales or freelance marketplace bidding.
  • Excellent English communication skills — both written and verbal.
  • Ability to engage, persuade, and close clients effectively.
  • Experience with projects in web design, branding, software development, mobile app development, game development is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with a proactive, goal-oriented mindset.
  • Must be punctual, hardworking, and capable of achieving assigned sales targets.
