Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven HSE Consultant – Telesales / Sales Representative to join our Islamabad team. In this client-facing role, you will be responsible for promoting BGMC's HSE consulting and training services, generating and nurturing leads, and managing the sales cycle from initial outreach to deal closure. This role blends strong communication skills with foundational knowledge of HSE standards and industry practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to generate leads and promote services such as ISO 45001, ISO 14001, NEBOSH/IOSH trainings, and HSE audits
  • Identify potential clients, understand their requirements, and propose tailored solutions from BGMC's service portfolio
  • Prepare client proposals, service quotations, and sales presentations
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and updates within CRM systems
  • Support business development initiatives such as webinars, awareness sessions, and targeted marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate with technical consultants to ensure accurate service delivery and client satisfaction
  • Stay informed on local HSE regulations, international standards (e.g., ISO, NEBOSH, IOSH), and industry trends
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to drive long-term business growth

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Sciences, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in telesales, business development, or client servicing, preferably within the HSE or consulting sector
  • Working knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and other HSE compliance standards is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Urdu (verbal and written)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email communication, and CRM platforms

Preferred Background

  • Experience with HSE training providers, ISO certification bodies, or QHSE consulting firms
  • Prior roles at companies like Velosi, SGS, APEX, or Bureau Veritas will be a strong advantage
  • Sales background with the ability to understand and articulate technical HSE concepts
