Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Representative located in Islāmābād, Pakistan. The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, providing information about products and services, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include responding to phone calls, emails, and live chats, as well as documenting customer interactions and escalating complex issues to higher levels of support.

Qualifications

  • Customer service and communication skills
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Experience with customer support software and CRM systems
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Good understanding of telecommunications and SaaS services is a plus
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
