About the Role

TEKHQS is looking for a well-organized and presentable Front Desk Officer to manage front desk operations and assist the HR team in day-to-day coordination tasks. This role requires excellent communication, a positive attitude, and strong organizational skills to ensure smooth office functioning and professional representation of the company.

What You Will Do
  • Greet and assist visitors, employees, & 

    candidates in a professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages, and direct them to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain office records, attendance logs, and visitor entry dataz
  • Coordinate with the HR department for scheduling and assisting candidates appearing for onsite interviews.
  • Support HR and Admin teams in daily operations and documentation.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Manage meeting room bookings and handle courier or office supplies.
What Were Looking For
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 0 - 6 months of experience in a Front Desk or Administrative role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Professional appearance and ability to multitask efficiently.
  • A proactive attitude with attention to detail and confidentiality.
