Educational Qualification: MBA Administration/Management Master's degree in Business (mandatory).

Professional Experience: 2 -3 yearsHands on experience in similar role mandatory.

Leading the Admin Department in reputed organizations will be added advantage.

Industry Expertise: Experience in Vendor Management, Quotation Management, BOQ preparation, Feasibility Reports, LOIs. PO's, Internal & External Audit, Fixed Asset Management, Annual Report, Budgeting, Requisition Management, Proposal Management, Project Management

Skill Set: Strong background in core general administration preferably in a Not-for-Profit Organization, strong organizational and time management abilities, robust knowledge of office procedures and policies including hands on experience in Microsoft Office, good command over English both verbal and written, Strong drafting and proof-reading skills. Soft skills including but not limited to communication, leadership, decision making, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and the ability to work effectively in a team are also crucial.

Additional Note: Areas of Management include strong computer and drafting skills, excellent Analytical and execution skills.
