We are a growing company dedicated to delivering efficient solutions and seamless support to our clients. We're looking for a proactive and detail oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team and provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules, appointments, and calendars.
- Draft and manage professional emails and correspondence.
- Assist with content writing for documents, reports, and internal communication.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Support team members with data entry, record keeping, and office coordination.
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
- Strong skills in email writing and content creation.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus.
