Barq Dev is looking for a Senior Business Development Executive to support our team in driving growth and developing new business opportunities.
Must Haves:
Lead and deliver winning proposals on Upwork and B2B platforms to drive growth.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across software, SaaS, and IT services.
Convert technical requirements into clear, compelling proposals.
Collaborate with tech and design teams to align solutions with client needs.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide strategy.
Manage lead generation, outreach, and CRM pipelines effectively.
Mentor junior team members and support BD training efforts.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
1 -3 year experience in Business-Development role.
Bachelor's in Compute Science, IT or related field.
Good communication, presentation, and research skills.
Strong in business development and client relationship management.
Experienced on Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn for lead generation.
Proficient with CRM tools, sales pipelines, and performance tracking.
Solid understanding of software, SaaS, and IT services markets.
