Job Title: Auto Insurance and Final Expense Verifier

Position Summary

The Auto Insurance and Final Expense Verifier is responsible for confirming customer information, verifying eligibility, and ensuring accuracy of all data related to auto insurance policies and final expense products. This role supports agents, maintains compliance with industry regulations, and ensures a smooth customer experience by validating documentation, conducting follow-up calls, and recording accurate information.

Key Responsibilities

Verify customer information for auto insurance and final expense insurance applications.

Confirm identity, contact details, beneficiary information, and policy preferences.

Validate required documents such as driver's licenses, vehicle information, and consent forms.

Conduct verification calls with customers to review submitted information.

Ask scripted compliance questions and record customer responses accurately.

Provide clear explanations of verification steps and what to expect next.

Ensure all verification processes follow state, federal, and company guidelines.

Flag incomplete or incorrect information and coordinate with agents for resolution.

Work closely with sales agents and support teams to ensure timely processing of applications.

Communicate updates on customer status, missing documents, and verification outcomes.

Qualifications

Experience in insurance, call center, or verification roles preferred.

Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Comfortable working with CRM systems and following scripts.

Knowledge of auto insurance or final expense products is a plus.
