About the Role:
We are looking for a seasoned Performance Marketing Manager to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in generating Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), driving opportunities, and contributing to revenue growth. This candidate will own and deliver a monthly leads target and will report to the Head of Demand Generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop and execute a global digital advertising strategy that supports NETSOL's GTM and growth objectives. Proactively identify opportunities across global markets (US, China, Europe, Australia, etc.) to maximize market penetration and revenue growth.

  • Work with the marketing leadership to establish clear objectives and KPIs aligned with company goals fostering a culture of transparency, accountability, and high performance.

  • Launch, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn, and/or programmatic ad networks in alignment with monthly KPIs.

  • Proficiently segment and construct audience groups using rules-based segmentation to tailor ad content. Candidate must possess a deep understanding of multiple ad formats and audience segments, along with the ability to effectively dissect and target audience segments to maximize campaign impact.

  • Utilize analytics to closely monitor and evaluate campaign performance. Deliver comprehensive reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rate (CTR), cost per click (CPC), cost per acquisition (CPA), Conversion Rate (CVR) and return on ad spend (ROAS) to stakeholders, and refine strategies based on data insights.

  • Effectively manage and allocate advertising budgets across campaigns and platforms. Strategically optimize spending to channel resources towards the most profitable and impactful campaigns.

  • Execute thorough A/B and multivariate tests to refine ad copy, landing page(s), targeting, and bidding strategies. Utilize insights from testing, heat maps, session recordings to continuously enhance campaign efficacy and efficiency.

  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated marketing strategy.

  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends, privacy policies, and technological advancements in digital advertising. Incorporate innovative tools and practices to maintain and extend the company's competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, particularly in a B2B, technology, or software environment.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn, and display, retargeting.
  • Deep understanding of marketing analytics, attribution models, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Hands-on experience with Hubspot, Salesforce, and Jira.
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with a proven ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of best practices in performance marketing, with a continuous test-and-learn approach.
  • Proficiency in using Jira for campaign and project management.
  • Strong project management abilities, able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
