Role Overview:

We are seeking proactive and persuasive individuals to cold call potential clients, introduce Ecommesy's services, and
book qualified meetings
for our sales team. This is a
remote
,
commission-only
role – perfect for freelancers, side-hustlers, or anyone confident in their ability to connect with business owners and drive leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to leads provided or sourced
  • Pitch Ecommesy's digital marketing services clearly and confidently
  • Qualify prospects and schedule discovery calls with the sales team
  • Maintain accurate call records, lead statuses, and notes
  • Follow a proven script while also thinking on your feet
  • Hit weekly targets for calls made and meetings booked

Requirements:

  • Strong English speaking and communication skills
  • Confident phone presence with persuasive energy
  • Previous cold calling or sales experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with digital marketing services is a bonus
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet place to work
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented

Compensation:

  • Commission-based
