Team Lead – Telesales

We are hiring a
Team Lead (TL)
for our telesales department to manage and motivate a team of sales agents, ensuring targets are achieved efficiently. The ideal candidate must have
previous experience as a Team Lead
in telesales or a similar role, with excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

A major requirement for this role is
strong expertise in Microsoft Excel
. The candidate must be able to prepare and manage reports, use formulas, and analyze data to track team performance.

Qualification:
Minimum FSC/Intermediate or Bachelor's degree (BS preferred).

Salary:
PKR 45,000 per month

Shift Timings:
9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Location:
Plot No. 176, Main IJP Road, Mehmood Abad, Pindora, Rawalpindi
