Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Lead based in Islamabad. The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading and mentoring team members, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring project deadlines are met. The role includes managing team performance, setting goals, and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity. The Team Lead will also handle client communications and ensure customer satisfaction.
