We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Bookkeeper to join our team. This position is ideal for candidates who are fresh graduates or have up to one year of bookkeeping/accounting experience. The role involves supporting financial operations, ensuring accuracy in records, and assisting with day-to-day accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, expenses, and payments).
  • Maintain accurate ledgers and reconciliations.
  • Assist in preparing invoices, processing payments, and managing accounts payable/receivable.
  • Support monthly and year-end closing processes.
  • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting principles.
  • Assist with financial reports, as required by management.
  • Provide support to senior accountants and finance managers.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of bookkeeping/accounting experience.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks, Xero, or other accounting software is a plus (training provided if not experienced).
