Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and energetic Senior Virtual Assistant to support daily business operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent Excel skills, strong communication abilities, a sharp memory, and a responsible attitude. You will play a key role in task management, note-taking, and overall administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing and tracking task assignments
  • Create, update, and analyze spreadsheets and reports in Excel
  • Take clear and concise meeting notes and summarize key action points
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Maintain organized records and documentation
  • Provide general administrative support as needed

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, formatting, data entry, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong memory and attention to detail
  • Responsible, energetic, and highly organized
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Flexible with working hours
  • Prior experience as a virtual assistant or in an administrative role is a plus
