You will play a key role in task management, note-taking, and overall administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and tracking task assignments
- Create, update, and analyze spreadsheets and reports in Excel
- Take clear and concise meeting notes and summarize key action points
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely follow-ups
- Maintain organized records and documentation
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, formatting, data entry, etc.
