We are a fast-growing DME (Durable Medical Equipment) lead generation company committed to connecting patients with the healthcare solutions they need. As we expand, we are looking for passionate individuals – both freshers and experienced – to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and verify their eligibility for DME products.
  • Generate and qualify leads according to company requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and leads.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the management.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members.

Requirements:

  • Freshers: Good communication skills, willingness to learn, and a positive attitude.
  • Experienced: 6+ months experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or BPO (DME experience preferred).
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to work in night shift.
  • Strong listening skills and ability to build rapport over the phone.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
