Role overview:

As a Dynamics 365 CE Intern, you will support our consulting team in delivering business solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform tools.

You will work closely with consultants and business analysts to assist in system configuration, workflows, and reporting.

This role also offers valuable exposure to Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI helping you build a strong foundation in modern business applications.

Key responsibilities:

• System configuration:
  Assist in setting up and configuring Dynamics 365 CE entities, forms, and workflows under supervision.
• Process automation:
  Support the creation of basic automation flows using Power Automate to streamline tasks and improve efficiency.
• Data and reporting:
  Help in preparing simple Power BI dashboards and reports, ensuring accurate data representation for decision-making.
• Application support:
  Contribute to testing, troubleshooting, and documenting issues within Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions.
• Learning and exposure:
  Gain hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power BI, and AI-driven tools like Copilot Studio.
• Collaboration:
  Work with consultants and business analysts to understand project requirements and deliver on assigned tasks.
• Ad hoc tasks:
  Participate in additional learning or project-related activities, bringing curiosity and innovative thinking to the team.

Qualifications:

Educational background:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• A master's degree is preferred and will be an added advantage.

Certifications (preferred but not mandatory):

• Relevant certifications (if any) are a plus.

Technical skills:

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 CE or ERP/CRM systems.

Experience and soft skills:

• Number of years of experience:
  Fresh graduates or final year students with relevant internships are encouraged to apply.
