About the Role:
EASEFIX is seeking a motivated and goal-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team. The SDR will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and engaging with potential clients in the UK market. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building client relationships, and is passionate about driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential leads within the UK market using online platforms, databases, and networking.
Qualify leads based on defined criteria and pass them to the sales team for further engagement.
Reach out to prospects through email, LinkedIn, and phone calls to generate interest and schedule meetings.
Maintain a structured pipeline of prospective clients and track all activities in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead conversion.
Meet and exceed monthly lead generation and qualification targets.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
1–2 years of proven experience in sales development, business development, or lead generation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong research, networking, and prospecting skills.
Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms is a plus.
