Position Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Visa Immigration Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will guide clients through the complex process of applying for visas, work permits, and immigration pathways. The role requires strong knowledge of immigration laws and policies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases with professionalism and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice to clients regarding visa categories, work permits, study visas, visit visas, and immigration programs.
  • Assist clients with completing applications, preparing supporting documents, and ensuring compliance with immigration regulations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws, policies, and embassy/consulate requirements.
  • Guide clients in preparing for embassy interviews, medicals, and biometric appointments.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing clear communication and timely updates.
  • Liaise with embassies, consulates, and government authorities on behalf of clients.
  • Handle case files, maintain accurate records, and ensure confidentiality of client data.
  • Provide post-visa services including travel advisory, document attestation, and settlement guidance.
  • Meet individual and team targets for successful applications.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred in Law, International Relations, Business Administration, or related field).
  • Proven experience in visa consultancy, immigration services, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of international visa categories (work, study, visit, permanent residency).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Professional attitude with strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Attributes

  • Previous experience with GCC, European, and Schengen visa processes.
  • Knowledge of Canadian, Australian, and U.S. immigration pathways.
  • Client-focused approach with a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
