  • Plan, organize, and lead inventory audits across retail outlets, warehouses, and distribution centers.
  • Verify physical stock counts against ERP or POS system records to ensure accuracy.
  • Identify and investigate stock discrepancies, losses, or mispostings to find root causes.
  • Review inventory control processes for receiving, dispatching, returns, and expiry management.
  • Assess internal controls related to stock handling and recommend improvements to minimize shrinkage.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, finance, and operations teams to reconcile stock variances.
  • Develop and implement audit schedules and ensure timely execution of cycle counts.
  • Analyze inventory trends to detect inefficiencies, wastage, or pilferage.
  • Prepare comprehensive audit reports highlighting key findings, financial impact, and recommendations.
  • Follow up on implementation of audit findings and corrective actions.
  • Supervise and train audit staff on stock verification and documentation procedures.
  • Maintain proper audit documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.

Job Type: Full-time
