We are seeking a proactive and experienced Female Human Resources Manager to lead our HR function and support our company's growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and the development of HR policies and strategies that align with our business goals.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts professionally
- Oversee performance management, goal setting, and employee development
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws
- Administer payroll, compensation, and benefits programs (or work with finance/payroll team)
- Maintain HRIS systems and employee records
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment
- Advise leadership on HR strategies and workforce planning
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's or HR certification preferred)
- 2+ years of progressive HR experience
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
