Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive at our office in Islamabad. The Human Resources Executive will oversee HR management and operations, ensure smooth employee relations, and implement HR policies effectively. Duties include managing recruitment processes, handling employee grievances, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This role also involves developing HR strategies aligned with company objectives to foster a positive and productive work environment.

  • Strong Employee Relations skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in a digital marketing or tech industry is a plus
