Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Rawalpindi. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing HR policies, handling employee relations, and overseeing HR management activities. Other day-to-day tasks include the implementation and management of HR procedures and providing support to employees and management on HR-related matters.

Qualifications

  • HR Management and HR Operations skills
  • Experience in Employee Relations and implementing HR Policies
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively on-site in Rawalpindi
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in an international consultancy firm is a plus
