Responsibilities
  • Translate ideas, business goals, research, and creative vision into clear, usable, and delightful experiences across platforms.
  • Lead the end-to-end design process: from gathering requirements and conducting user research to creating IA diagrams, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
  • Champion and implement UX best practices, design thinking, and user-centric methodologies to craft exceptional digital experiences.
  • Deliver timely design outputs in an agile, fast-paced environment, supporting sprint cycles while ensuring quality and consistency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX Researchers, Product Owners, Engineers, Visual Designers, and Project Managers to align user needs with business objectives.
  • Advocate for the user throughout the design process using data-driven insights, partnering with research teams to validate and refine solutions.
  • Establish and maintain design standards, brand consistency, and a cohesive UX strategy across touchpoints (mobile, tablet, desktop).
  • Mentor junior designers and help foster a culture of collaboration, curiosity, and design excellence.
Requirements
  • 10 years of UX experience designing for consumer-facing websites, applications, and mobile products.
  • Strong portfolio showing breadth of UX Design work
  • Strong ability to distill complex workflows into simple, intuitive experiences.
  • Deep empathy for users, combined with a strong product mindset.
  • Proven expertise in ideation, wireframing, user flows, information architecture, and prototyping (both high- and low-fidelity).
  • Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other UX/UI tools.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering responsive, cross-platform designs within an agile environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret user data, behavioural insights, and metrics to inform design decisions.
  • A proactive problem solver with a drive to improve experiences before users even ask.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working in complex ecosystems and collaborating across global teams is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field.
