Our client, a leading and reputable UK-based Estate Agency, is looking for a confident, motivated, and dynamic Remote Property & Sales Manager to join their expanding team. This is a fully remote position, perfect for someone who is self-driven, ambitious, and enjoys working independently while staying connected with clients and colleagues online.

To maintain a strong team balance, female candidates with excellent English-speaking and communication skills are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Register and qualify new applicants, understand their needs, and match them to suitable rental or sales properties in the UK.
  • Arrange and conduct engaging virtual property viewings with prospective clients.
  • Negotiate offers between landlords, tenants, and buyers to secure successful lettings and sales.
  • Build long-term relationships with landlords, tenants, and buyers, providing updates, advice, and outstanding service.
  • Liaise with referencing companies and support the tenancy application process.
  • Ensure compliance with UK property regulations and company standards.
  • Proactively generate new business through networking, online canvassing, and referrals.
  • Maintain accurate records on the company CRM system.
  • Achieve and exceed sales, lettings, and new instruction targets.

Key Requirements

  • Strong English communication skills (spoken & written) – essential.
  • Previous experience in property sales, lettings, or customer-facing roles (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Confident negotiation and sales ability.
  • Professional, customer-focused, and proactive approach.
  • Self-motivated with the discipline to work effectively in a remote environment.
  • Good knowledge of the UK property market (advantageous but not required).
  • Stable internet connection and suitable home office setup.
