Job Description: HR Assistant
Location: Islamabad (On-site)
Type: Full-time, Entry-Level
Remote Solutions is looking for an HR assistant to support our recruitment and HR operations. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, grow, and build a career in HR and Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day HR and recruitment activities.
- Help maintain candidate databases and records.
- Support outreach and communication with professionals on different platforms.
- Contribute to employer branding and company presence on LinkedIn and other channels.
- Provide administrative support in HR operations and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (fresh graduates welcome).
- Strong research and sourcing ability (comfortable using LinkedIn and online platforms).
- Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and interested in HR or Talent Acquisition.
- (Preferred but not mandatory) Familiarity with IT roles or interest in the tech industry.
