Social Media Marketer cum Meta Ad Specialist

Eligibility

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.

Certification in Digital Marketing / Meta Ads (preferred).

Experience

2–4 years of proven experience in social media marketing and paid ads management.

Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and social media campaign optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Develop and implement creative social media marketing strategies to grow brand presence and engagement.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance (ROI, CTR, CPC, conversions).
  • Manage daily posting, community engagement, and brand voice across social platforms.
  • Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, and targeting.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with design/content teams for ad creatives, reels, and social campaigns.
  • Ensure campaigns align with brand objectives and deliver measurable results.

Skills Required

Strong knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and social media algorithms.

Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and reporting dashboards.

Creative mindset with ability to design engaging campaigns.

Excellent copywriting and content strategy skills.

Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.

Knowledge of Google Analytics and SEO (preferred).
