Role Description

This is a full-time Night Shift, on-site role for a Compliance Executive based in Karāchi. The role involves ensuring regulatory compliance across all operational areas, conducting thorough audits, and developing compliance programs. The Compliance Executive will also provide guidance on legal requirements, monitor internal systems for compliance, and coordinate with various departments to address compliance issues effectively. Additionally, building and maintaining strong professional relationships with relevant stakeholders will be a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience in Regulatory Compliance and understanding of legal frameworks related to the retail and convenience store industry.
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to work collaboratively with teams and external stakeholders.
  • Sharp Analytical Skills for evaluating processes, identifying risks, and ensuring adherence to standards.
  • A degree in Business, Law or a related field, with prior experience in a compliance or legal capacity preferred.
  • Detail-oriented mindset, problem-solving expertise, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
