As a Call Center Agent / Business Development Representative, your main responsibility will be to make outbound calls to U.S. businesses, introduce our digital marketing solutions, qualify leads, and convert prospects into clients.

This is a performance-driven sales role — perfect for someone who thrives in a high-energy environment and is motivated by achieving (and exceeding) targets.

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to U.S.-based businesses
  • Introduce KZK Services' offerings (SEO, web design, Amazon services, etc.)
  • Identify decision-makers and pitch relevant service packages
  • Qualify prospects, overcome objections, and close sales or set appointments
  • Follow up with leads via phone, email, or CRM systems
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls, outcomes, and leads
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily/weekly sales and conversion targets
  • Provide feedback to improve scripts and outreach strategy

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or telemarketing (preferably in B2B or digital marketing)
  • Fluent and clear English communication (American accent preferred)
  • Confident, engaging phone presence and persuasive skills
  • Goal-oriented and driven by commissions and bonuses
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and objection handling
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing is a plus
  • Comfortable working US time zones (EST/PST)
  • Self-motivated and dependable — punctuality is rewarded
