Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to drive growth in our IT services and solutions portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:Business Growth & Sales
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the IT sector (software, digital solutions, cloud, cybersecurity, etc.).
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Conduct regular client meetings, demos, and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Understand client needs and recommend customized IT solutions.
Market Research & Strategy
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and industry demands.
- Develop insights to refine business strategies and improve service offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns, lead generation, and brand positioning.
Internal Collaboration
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure accurate requirement gathering and project scoping.
- Work with project managers to monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery.
Requirements:Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1–3 years of proven experience in Business Development / Sales in the IT industry (services or software).
Skills
- Strong knowledge of IT services (software development, cloud solutions, SaaS, digital transformation, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle the complete sales cycle independently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
Other Requirements
- Ability to travel for client meetings if needed.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs70, Rs200,000.00 per month
