Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Co-Founder at GrowingSocial, located in the Karachi Division. The Co-Founder will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies, overseeing daily operations, managing business development activities, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders. Additionally, the Co-Founder will lead marketing and sales efforts, conduct market research, and ensure the company's vision and values are upheld throughout all functions.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and ability to conduct in-depth Research
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder management
  • Experience in Sales and Marketing
  • Proven leadership and managerial skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Background or experience in social media, technology, or a related industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
