Who You Are

• Operator-Builder:
  You've scaled startups or financial firms, building systems from scratch and driving relentless execution.
• Cross-Functional Leader:
  Comfortable moving across finance, compliance, product, marketing, and client ops.
• Detail-Oriented & Hands-On:
  Able to dive into the weeds (risk reports, CRM data) while keeping sight of the big picture (growth roadmap, product launches).
• Communicator & Culture Carrier:
  Strong writer and presenter; able to amplify Lumida's voice in updates, community channels, and internal culture.
• Financial Services DNA:
  Experience in
  wealth management, fintech, crypto, or banking
  is a strong plus.

What You'll Be Doing:

CEO Office & Operations

• Drive execution of CEO-led initiatives (e.g., podcast, media appearances, investor relations, office operations).
• Prepare the CEO for board meetings, investment calls, and external engagements with briefing notes and decks.
• Lead internal calls, manage Asana, track action items, and enforce follow-through.
• Ensure smooth office operations, reporting directly into the CEO on key admin, finance, and compliance updates.

People, Culture & Performance

• Partner with HR Lead on:
• Own
  CEO-led hiring with HR
• Lead reporting of
  performance management systems
  in Asana and HR tools — track KPIs, goals, and feedback loops.
• Reinforce Lumida's culture of
  ownership, client obsession, and execution
  .
• Act as an extension of the CEO in internal matters, building trust and alignment across the team.

Growth & Marketing

• Partner with Growth Lead on:
• Demand generation campaigns (ETA, referrals, partnerships).
• Content calendar across LumidaNews, podcast, social channels, and newsletters.
• Conferences & events strategy and execution.
• Ensure Lumida's
  brand voice
  is consistent across Telegram, community forums, and client communications.
• Lead
  community building
  around Lumida assets (Telegram, LumidaNews, Podcast, Daily Feeds).

Product & Platform

• Act as the bridge between CEO, advisors, and product team — ensuring client and CEO feedback informs the roadmap.
• Partner with engineering on
  Lumida AI deliverables
  .
• Support development and launch of:
• Mobile app (iOS/Android)
• Product design system & UI/UX prototypes
• Own timelines, compliance standards, and stakeholder coordination for product rollouts.
• Benchmark Lumida's offerings against competitors and identify innovation opportunities.

Finance & Compliance

• Own
  budgeting, forecasting, and financial dashboards
  to give the CEO real-time visibility.
• Oversee
  compliance processes
  : audits, filings, DR supervision, Form ADV, and liaising with legal/compliance vendors.
• Manage relationships with
  fund administrators, tax advisors, and legal partners
  .
• Oversee financial platforms (Mercury, Gusto, QuickBooks) ensuring scalability and transparency.
• Supervise finance and compliance leads, ensuring clear communication with the CEO and CCO.

Office Administration

• Oversee day-to-day
  Karachi office operations
  including facilities, supplies, vendors, and IT coordination.
• Manage administrative staff and ensure professional standards in scheduling, record-keeping, and office protocols.
• Own office-related budgeting and expense reporting, providing transparency to the CEO and finance team.
• Coordinate travel bookings, reimbursements, and event logistics for CEO and visiting executives.
• Ensure the office environment reflects Lumida's culture of excellence, efficiency, and client obsession.

What We're Looking For:

• An Operator with a Founder's Mindset:
  You think in systems, move fast, and build processes that scale. You can take a blank slate, design a solution, and operationalize it.
• Proven Track Record in Execution:
  You've owned complex cross-functional initiatives — from new product rollouts to compliance audits or financial dashboards — and driven them to completion with precision and urgency.
• Strategic + Tactical Balance:
  You're equally comfortable in a board prep meeting as you are inside an Asana project cleaning up dependencies. You know when to zoom out and when to dive deep.
• Financial Fluency:
  You understand the mechanics of wealth management, investments, and financial operations — and can speak the language of bankers, investors, and compliance officers.
• People Leadership:
  You've built, coached, or managed small teams; you know how to keep people accountable and motivated without heavy oversight.
• Cultural Steward:
  You embody Lumida's values — ownership, customer obsession, and execution excellence — and act as an extension of the CEO in maintaining high standards and alignment.
• Strong Communicator:
  You write clearly, think analytically, and present persuasively — whether you're summarizing a compliance report or pitching a new growth initiative.
• Comfortable with Ambiguity:
  You thrive in startup environments where priorities shift, systems evolve, and speed matters more than perfection.
• Tech-Forward Operator:
  Proficient with Asana, CRMs, GSuite, Notion, or financial tools; ideally experienced in AI, product roadmaps, or fintech platforms.
• High Integrity, High Ownership:
  You treat Lumida's business like your own — thinking ahead, protecting reputation, and making decisions that compound value over time.

Qualifications

• 7–8+ years in
  consulting, business ops, investment banking, fintech, or startup leadership
  roles.
• Track record in
  financial modeling, compliance oversight, and operational execution
  .
• Strong writing, research, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in
  related field
  ; MBA preferred but not required.
