About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and driven HR Trainee to join our Talent Management team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment processes, employer branding, and candidate engagement while working alongside a collaborative and fast-paced HR team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial shortlisting based on job requirements
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and applicant data in the ATS
  • Draft and post job descriptions on internal and external platforms
  • Support employer branding initiatives (e.g., LinkedIn posts, career events, outreach)
  • Help with onboarding documentation and other recruitment-related tasks

  • Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
