Job Overview:

A leading property development company based in Clifton, Karachi is seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager with a strong 360° marketing background. The ideal candidate will have expertise in performance marketing, creative content production, SEO, and basic web development, along with proven leadership and strategic planning abilities.

This role combines hands-on digital execution with strategic oversight, driving brand visibility, lead generation, and business growth across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to enhance search rankings and increase organic traffic.
  • Oversee content planning, copywriting, and publishing across all digital channels.
  • Design and create visual assets for marketing campaigns using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
  • Edit promotional videos, reels, and short-form content for social media and property listings.
  • Manage and update the company's website using WordPress, Elementor, HTML, and CSS.
  • Execute and optimize PPC campaigns focused on lead generation and conversion performance.
  • Analyze and report on campaign metrics using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and lead junior marketing staff to ensure campaign consistency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably within the property development or real estate sector.
  • Proven expertise in Google Ads, SEO, PPC, social media advertising, and performance analytics.
  • Proficiency in WordPress and front-end web tools (Elementor, HTML, CSS).
  • Strong skills in graphic design and video editing (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability, with experience managing digital campaigns and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150, Rs200,000.00 per month
